What does Clean Eating mean to Chef Stacy?
Clean eating has brought me to a place where I have never felt better and I think everyone deserves to feel amazing from the inside out. Clean eating means eating REAL FOOD that tastes amazing. Healthy fats, clean meats, healthy carbs like quinoa or brown rice, lots of fresh veggies and fruits, and simply staying away from processed foods. This doesn't mean you have to eat boiled chicken and steamed broccoli! There are just so many ways to make healthy food taste just as decadent as you favorite junk food. Pizza, pasta, and burgers all possible with clean eating- just have to change the method.

Vegetarians, Carnivores, and everyone in between! We will individualize your meals to meet your likes and dietary needs. We can even work off of a meal plan from your Personal Trainer, Coach, Dietitian or simply provide meals that we know are both clean and nutritious.
Menus change weekly allowing for more creativity and variety in the meals. However, we will add your "favorites" into regular rotation or stick to a more regimented meal plan if needed.
